The Total Rewards team at KPMG India, currently comprising 4 members, drives and supports the Rewards and Benefits Strategy and Philosophy across all entities and business units. We are looking for a Manager who will report to the Lead Total Rewards and will be based in Gurugram/Bengaluru. As a part of the Rewards team, the individual will be responsible for managing and driving all activities related to the Total Rewards agenda for the firm. Key Responsibilities: - Aligning Total Rewards philosophy with business goals to drive strategic outcomes - Managing a team of 12 members to design, implement, and administer Total Rewards programs - Facilitating the seamless implementation of compensation review processes - Driving analytics and dashboarding for data-driven decision-making - Collaborating with other functions for designing Rewards programs and ensuring seamless implementation - Designing Total Rewards communications and delivering training sessions - Driving technology-enabled solutions for enhanced data accuracy and efficiency - Building strategic networks and leveraging market intelligence to support stakeholder decision-making The Ideal Candidate: - Postgraduate/MBA with a specialization in Human Resources preferred - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards covering Compensation and Benefits - Proficiency in MS Office and strong data analysis skills - Experience in managing compensation through systems like Oracle, SAP, Workday, or in-house tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels and teams - Ability to work effectively in a complex business environment Join us at KPMG India and be part of a dynamic team driving Rewards and Benefits Strategy and Philosophy across various business units to achieve strategic outcomes.,
