Job Description

Compensation Strategy & Design : Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs that support talent attraction and retention.
Benefits Administration : Partner with the Global Benefits Team to manage health, retirement, and we'llness programs, including vendor selection and renewals. Oversee the pension and retirement plans, and serve as the company s representative in interactions with plan Trustees and Brokers.
Market Benchmarking : Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across assigned countries.
Compliance & Governance : Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws and global policy standards.
Recognition Programs : Collaborate with the Global Compensation Team to support global programs and projects.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare reports and insights on compensation and benefits trends to inform decision-making.
Employee Communication : Maintain and enhance communication platforms to educate employees and managers on Total Rewards offerings.
Budget Management : Support financial planning and budgeting for compensation and benefits programs.
Job Evaluation : Oversee job classification and evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
