About The Role
As a Total Rewards Manager at ThoughtSpot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent and enhance our Total Rewards programs, globally.You will operate at the intersection of data-driven insights and strategic advisory, partnering closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to develop and scale high-impact Total Rewards programs. This role blends strong technical compensation and benefits expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with People Partners and Talent Acquisition to advise on compensation
strategies for new hires, promotions, internal transfers, and retention cases.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to inform decision-making and ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate on strategic projects such as job architecture evolution, compensation for critical talent, and assessment of program effectiveness.
- Support the design, budgeting, and implementation of annual merit cycles, benefits enrollment, and other rewards-related initiatives.
- Develop and deliver employee-facing materials that communicate our compensation philosophy, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international labour laws and
regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to enhance HR systems, specifically compensation and benefits modules (Workday experience preferred).
What Youll Bring
- 710 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on compensation and
benefits.
- Proven experience in designing compensation structures, analyzing market data, and scaling processes in high-growth environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross- functionally.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for advanced data analysis, modelling, and
reporting.
- Experience in managing global salary and bonus review cycles, and conducting
market benchmarking surveys.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a high level of ownership, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Statistics, Business
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
