This is a full-time on-site role for a Tool Room Supervisor, located in Sonipat. The Tool Room Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained, and managing the tool inventory. The supervisor will also coordinate with other departments to fulfill tooling requirements, ensure safety regulations are adhered to, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Additional tasks include troubleshooting tooling issues, providing technical support, and supervising team members.

Qualifications

Supervisory skills and ability to manage a team effectively
Knowledge in Tooling Design and Machining
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Experience with Fixtures and equipment maintenance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Relevant technical diploma or degree preferred
