Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day toolroom operations.
• Lead and mentor toolmakers, machinists, and EDM operators.
• Oversee operation of

  CNC, Lathe, Milling & Surface Grinding

  machines.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Plan machining activities, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tight tolerances, quality standards, and toolroom efficiency.
• Ensure calibration, inspection, and maintenance of all tools and measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and documentation (tooling logs, maintenance records).
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making.

• 15–20 years of experience

  in Toolroom / Tool & Die / Precision Machining.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary:

  25,000 – 30,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)
