Tool Room Supervisor

Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct and plan the activities developed by toolmakers, guiding and ensuring compliance with technical requirements, aiming at meeting the defined objectives of productivity, quality and cost, as well as defining corrective actions whenever necessary.

• Develop sketches of tools and devices, according to the demand of the Company, plan the manufacture of components, monitor the execution and approve the part according to the defined project and technical specifications.

• Receive and verify with the person in charge of the area, the daily or monthly schedule of the operation, aiming to align the information, following the indicators and organizing the work and deadlines.

• Evaluate the requests received regarding the manufacture of components, providing materials necessary for their execution, perform dimensional control and plan the construction process, aiming at meeting the identified demand and meeting the objectives defined by the Company.

• Train and prepare new professionals for the exercise of operations, as well as provide them with technical support to their subordinates, guiding them on company rules, safety standards and other aspects essential to their performance in the company.

• Keep the immediate superior updated on the progress of the projects, requesting, whenever necessary, specific and / or punctual action in the solution of any occurrence.

• Provide technical support to the immediate responsible in matters related to the sectors for which he is responsible, following determinations and guidelines of his manager.

• Ensure the updating of reports, controls and indicators, ensuring compliance with administrative routines and procedures related to the sector.

• Contribute to the quality of the Company's products and services, ensuring the application of quality standards and procedures in the execution of activities.

• Ensure the development and application of new projects and processes, in order to ensure their proper implementation.

• Observe and minimize risk situations, ensuring preventive action by team members, mandatory use of safety equipment, focusing on the health of employees.

• Ensure and maintain the conditions of hygiene and organization in your work environment, in order to comply with safety and environmental standards, ensuring the health of employees.

• Properly use PPE ands (Personal Protective Equipment), aiming to maintain protection in the work environment, in order to avoid accidents and comply with safety and health standards.

• Apply policies and practices of people management, ensuring team development with a focus on results, ensuring respect for people and maintaining the organizational climate.

• Know and comply with the Quality Systems in Environmental Management (EMS), Health and Safety and the internal rules of the Company.

• Ensure compliance with legislation, as well as the Company's institutional rules and policies, with suppliers and external bodies, ensuring due ethical behavior in the relationship with business partners, as well as compliance with established standards, and ensuring the Company's assets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,015.05 per month
