CANDIDATE SHOULD BE QUALIFIED IN MECHANICIAL AND HAVE SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF SHEET METAL & MACHINE PROCESS, DETAILS OR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY IS BELOW MENTIONED: -
· Responsible for the daily, weekly planning
· Execute the operation process from the 2d drawings & 3d CAD
· Sound knowledge of drawings interpretation
· Friendly with machining process & CNC, VMC, LATHE, SURFACE GRINDING & MILLING
· Responsible for the follow-up with supplier for the components of the project
· Follow up with operators, production team for the smooth closure of the job cards
· Expertise in Microsoft office
· Responsible for the MIS
· Responsible for fixture & tools preventive maintenance & for their documentation.
· Responsible for the indenting of RM related to tool room
· Responsible for the indenting of the consumable tools related to tool-room activity.
· Responsible for the skill enhancing of operator, helper & all tool room workers
· Responsible for the 5s, safety & PPE’S implementation in the tool -room
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1–3 Years
SALARY: ₹2,00,000 TO 3,00,000 CTC PER YEAR (BASED ON INTERVIEW IF PERON IS MORE KNOWLEDGABLE THAN 10-15% HIKE ON CURRENT SALARY)
