Key Responsibilities:

Assist experienced toolmakers and engineers in the fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of tools and dies
Learn to operate and maintain conventional and CNC machine tools (e.g., lathe, milling machine, surface grinder) under close supervision
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to support tool production
Support the calibration and upkeep of precision measuring instruments and tooling components
Comply with all workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational protocols
Maintain accurate records of tooling modifications, usage logs, and maintenance tasks

Candidate Requirements:

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related technical discipline
3-5 Years Experience Required
Basic understanding of machining principles and manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and mechanical reasoning
Excellent time management, communication, and team collaboration skills
A proactive and disciplined approach to learning and task execution

Salary & Compensation:

Stipend/Salary:
22000 per month (depending on qualifications, institute background, and interview performance)
