Role: Tool & Die Maker Location: Balanagar,Hyderabad Experience: 4+ Years Salary: 4 to 5 LPA Qualification: ITI Fiiter/Diploma in Mehcanical Experience : We are looking to hire a skilled Die fitter. Should have hands-on experience with jigs & Fixtures, assembly of SPM, and knowledge of manufacturing machines and tools.   Die Fitter Skills and Responsibility:  Sheet Metal Die Development / Maintenance.   Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, and CAD drawings.  Designing templates as work aids in the fabrication of parts.  Filling, grinding, and shimming metals to ensure a smooth finish  Measuring and marking metal stock for machining.  Study of assembly drawings for new development  Preparing breakdown reports for preventive maintenance.  Check carefully for Burrs, Sharp edges, and Bulging of edges before.  Able to read and understand the assembly drawings and their geometric symbols to understand the functionality of machine arrangement or fixture-appropriate fitting.  Fitting the machine components based on assembly or subassembly drawings provided.  Able to troubleshoot fitting issues and come up with SPM or assembly.  Able to do hand filing, lapping, Tapping, Helicoil use, and Drilling.  Measuring dimensions with the use of a Micrometer and Vernier Caliper  Use the Feeler gauge, and thread gauge, and try square and Pin gauges.
