Tool and Die Maker

As a Tool and Die Maker at AB Stampings Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining progressive dies for motor stamping. Your role will involve reading and interpreting technical drawings, using CAD software for tool design, performing tool trials, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely maintenance of tools and dies. Collaboration with production and QC teams to resolve technical issues and maintaining documentation of tool designs and changes will be crucial. You must adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the tooling operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain progressive dies for motor stamping - Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Use CAD software for tool design and modifications - Perform tool trials, troubleshoot issues, and carry out tool corrections - Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of tools and dies - Collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve technical issues - Maintain documentation of tool designs, changes, and performance history - Follow safety and quality standards at all stages of tooling operations Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tool and die making - ITI/Diploma in Tool and Die Making or Mechanical Engineering - Experience in progressive tool manufacturing for motor stampings - Proficiency in CAD software and basic computer skills - Familiarity with quality standards in manufacturing About AB Stampings Pvt Ltd: AB Stampings Pvt Ltd, established in 1994, has grown into a trusted manufacturing unit specializing in motor stampings and die-cast components.
