• Manage, plan, and execute all O&M activities for the plant and associated equipment.
• Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor the O&M team to achieve departmental goals.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in O&M management.
