Tool and Die Maker

We are seeking a Tool and Die Maker with 3 to 5 years of experience, specializing in progressive tools for motor stamping manufacturing. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in tool design, operation, and maintenance, along with proficiency in CAD and computer tools. As a Tool and Die Maker at AB Stampings Pvt Ltd, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining progressive dies for motor stamping. You will need to read and interpret technical drawings, utilize CAD software for tool design, conduct tool trials, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely maintenance and servicing of tools and dies. Collaboration with production and QC teams to resolve technical issues and maintaining documentation of tool designs and changes will be essential. Adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the tooling operations is paramount. Qualifications for this role include 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tool and die making, an ITI/Diploma in Tool and Die Making or Mechanical Engineering, expertise in progressive tool manufacturing for motor stampings, proficiency in CAD software, and familiarity with quality standards in manufacturing. The desired skills and competencies for this position encompass a strong understanding of stamping tool mechanics and materials, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, commitment to quality, effective communication, and good time management skills.
