Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Toll Operations Manager based in Srikakulam. The Toll Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of toll plazas, ensuring smooth and efficient toll collection processes. Responsibilities include managing toll staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols, addressing and resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate toll collection records. The role also involves coordinating with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep, analyzing toll data for reporting purposes, and implementing strategies to improve toll operations and customer service.

• Ability to work on-site in Srikakulam and handle operational challenges
• Relevant experience in highway operations or civil engineering is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
