T&O Analyst - Change Management

Role Overview: Aligned with the strategic priorities of clients, you will be part of a team dedicated to activating human potential for enterprise transformation. As a Change Management Analyst in the Talent & Organization team, your responsibilities will include defining change strategies, leveraging digital technologies, assisting clients in enhancing change capability, co-creating solutions, conducting impact analysis, implementing strategies, and supporting change measurement activities. Key Responsibilities: - Discover stakeholders" challenges and expectations and define a Change Management strategy - Use social and digital technologies in change management and communications - Assist clients in developing change capability and agility - Co-create solutions, conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings - Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and develop treatment plans - Implement strategies to prepare organizations for new business processes - Support Change Measurement activities using a Change Readiness tool - Work with the HR Transformation team to implement HR Systems such as Success Factors and Workday - Collaborate with an international team and engage with industry experts - Coach and mentor junior team members - Contribute to practice-building efforts and attend community events - Travel globally to work with clients and deliver large-scale transformational change Qualifications Required: - MBA/Masters degree - 1 to 3 years of experience in change management-related programs - Techno-functional experience in HCM Systems implementation (SaaS, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Peoplesoft, Taleo) is a plus - Ability to articulate business value, interpret data, and work with analytic models and digital tools - Effective stakeholder management in a multicultural and global environment - Experience in Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations is beneficial - Foreign language capabilities like Arabic, Japanese, or French are an advantage,
