Ensuring effective legal risk management (strategic specialist focus)
In cooperation with Lead Expert Counsel and Lead Legal Business Counsels (where appropriate), and file reports on material legal risks and proceedings by:(a) Collecting, summarizing and updating data (b)Using IT-Tools and experience in risk evaluation in order to meet the requirements of the regulators, Board, Management, Auditors and to inform on relevant data and risks (c)Preparing dashboards, reports for review of CLO and Business Management.
Co-operation with Lead Expert Counsel and Business Lead CounselsIn cooperation with Lead Expert Counsel, manage outside counsel by (a) listing out the options (b)clearly instructing them (c)in order to achieve cost efficiency and high value and timely legal advice.
