Job Description

Client Engagement Requirements Gathering: Lead consultative workshops and discussions with client legal teams (primarily US-based) to deeply understand and document their contract negotiation playbooks, standard redlining positions, and risk tolerance.
Legal Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary legal domain expert in client-facing meetings, confidently articulating the capabilities of GenAI legal technology and guiding clients through the process of defining their redlining rules and negotiation instructions.
Technical Translation Collaboration: Translate the clientlegal requirements into clear, actionable inputs for the technical team, enabling them to build and configure precise AI models and prompts within the software.
Quality Assurance Validation: Conduct expert-level reviews of the final output from the platform to ensure it aligns perfectly with the clientspecified legal and commercial requirements.
Implementation Testing Support: Actively engage with and support clients during their User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, helping them validate the tools performance and gathering feedback for further refinement.
