Job description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Professional to manage and strengthen client relationships while driving engagement across the Strategic Intellectual Property (IP) Consulting and Commercial/Corporate Law practices of IIPRD (www.iiprd.com) and Khurana & Khurana (www.khuranaandkhurana.com). Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and engagement across IP/Patent and Commercial/Corporate Law mandates. Represent the firm at national-level exhibitions, seminars, events, and conferences, actively networking to create opportunities and build strong business relationships. Provide informed advice and support to clients on IP and corporate legal matters in line with the firms focus areas. Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring high service standards and seamless delivery on mandates. Work independently on clearly defined assignments while collaborating directly with a Partner of the firm. Desired Profile: Educational/Professional Background: Prior exposure to IP or Legal matters with strong conceptual clarity of IP laws is highly preferred. Experience: 3 - 10 years of relevant experience in client service, client representation, or a similar client-facing role. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Attributes: S elf-motivated, mature, professional, and client-service oriented, with a humble and grounded personality. Location: Position is based at our Pune office. Role & responsibilities Core Focus on Trademark Prosecution Matters including Client Counselling for Trade Mark Filings, Drafting responses to examination reports, handling oppositions, handle TM Portfolios, draft/issue C&D notices, and attending hearings at the TM Registry. Additional responsibilities would include Drafting/Vetting of all types of Commercial Contracts/Agreements, Trade Mark/IP Litigation, handing Court proceedings. Location would be Greater Noida office of K&K, and therefore requesting only candidates who are comfortable with Greater. Noida office location to apply. Preferred candidate profile Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of core experience in all facets of TM Portfolio Development and Management matters and should be well aware of the TM Act and all procedures that form part thereof. At least 2-3 years of strong relevant experience in above-mentioned operation areas. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, should be willing to work independent as well as in a team. Should not have any ego/hangover of a previous job/position. Should be willing and open in participating in business development mandates.
Role & responsibilities Extremely Strong and Competent Patent Prosecution Professional with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in drafting responses to FERs in Core Software/Electronics/Mechanical Domains along with undertaking hearings at the Indian Patent Office. Technical understanding of subject matter and depth to which the candidate goes for elaborating the invention in the specification is the key evaluation parameter. The Candidate should be from a premium technical Institute with extremely strong academic background. Candidate should have a strong understanding of Patent Act, and should be technically very sound with intent of going into complete detail of the invention. Registered Patent Agents/Attorneys would be preferred. Preferred candidate profile While it would be preferred if the Candidate is comfortable working out of our Gr.
