Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading a team of insurance advisors or agents to achieve sales targets, drive customer acquisition, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of insurance products and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors. - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. - Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. - Drive sales targets through effective planning and execution. - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. - Identify new business opportunities and customer segments. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Resolve client queries and complaints promptly. - Promote cross-selling and upselling of insurance products. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies. - Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or team management. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
