Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Account Management in the Provider domain. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience with expertise in Power BI Report Builder Advanced Excel MS Power BI and Visual Basic. This hybrid role requires working night shifts and focuses on managing provider administration efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports using Power BI Report Builder to support data-driven decision-making in provider administration.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze complex datasets ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders.
  • Implement MS Power BI solutions to visualize data effectively enhancing the understanding of key metrics and trends.
  • Apply Visual Basic programming to automate repetitive tasks improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate provider performance identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and validations of provider information.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance provider administration processes contributing to overall operational excellence.
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing provider networks and improving service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and drive consensus on data-driven strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and provider administration to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities efficiently.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI Report Builder showcasing the ability to create dynamic and interactive reports.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables macros and complex formulas.
  • Possess a strong understanding of MS Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Have experience in Visual Basic programming for task automation and process improvement.
  • Show expertise in provider administration with a focus on optimizing provider networks and services.
  • Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.
