The MIS Head will lead the companys reporting, analytics, and data governance functions. This role
requires a highly analytical professional who can design and automate MIS frameworks to support sales,
marketing, inventory, and operations. Experience in advanced technical skillsespecially Power BI and
Zoho CRMare essential.
Develop organization-wide MIS systems and reporting standards.
Lead MIS team members and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
Streamline and automate reporting processes to drive efficiency.
Build dashboards to track sales funnel, lead status, team productivity, and closures.
Evaluate channel partner performance, incentive calculations, and brokerage payouts.
Support sales leadership with performance insights and data-driven recommendations.
Manage project inventory, pricing updates, availability logs, and related documentation.
Ensure real-time synchronization of project data with CRM systems and developer updates.
Oversee and manage Zoho CRM end-to-end including:
User access & roles
Pipeline setup & automation
Data hygiene & audits
API and lead source integrations
Train teams on CRM best practices and ensure adherence to processes.
Build interactive Power BI dashboards for leadership review.
Automate monthly MIS, KPIs, project insights, and forecasting dashboards.
Conduct data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization.
Track lead flow from marketing platforms (Google, Meta, real estate portals).
Analyze lead quality, source performance, and ROI.
Maintain data accuracy, conduct periodic audits, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Manage documentation related to payouts, agreements, and audit requirements.
Minimum 10 years of MIS experience.
Expert-level Power BI skills: Data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, data refresh automation.
Strong Zoho CRM experience: Workflow automation, custom modules, integrations, reports.
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros (optional but preferred).
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading MIS teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in integrating CRM with marketing platforms and project management systems.
Knowledge of Google Data Studio or other BI tools (secondary).
Understanding of automation systems (Zapier, Make, App Script).
Detail-oriented and structured.
High accountability and ownership mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
