Job Description

GESTAMP AUTOMOTIVE CHENNAI PVT LTD is looking for Title Process Engineer to join our team

Ensure process parameters are adhered to and monitor new press, furnace, and feeder programming on HS lines.
Optimize cycle times and increase ASPH on HS press lines.
Conduct daily process audits on HS lines to ensure standard parameters and processes are followed.
Set up and operate stamping presses to produce high-quality metal parts while ensuring safety standards are met.
Monitor production, adjust as needed, and perform routine TPM tasks to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished parts for quality, identify defects, and ensure products meet specifications.

Job Requirements

Understanding of stamping press operations, machine setup, and blueprint reading.
Ability to control HS process and optimize cycle times.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and protocols.
Educational qualification: B.Tech/B.E.
