Job Description

Ensure process parameters are adhered to and monitor new press, furnace, and feeder programming on HS lines.
Optimize cycle times and increase ASPH on HS press lines.
Conduct daily process audits on HS lines to ensure standard parameters and processes are followed.
Set up and operate stamping presses to produce high-quality metal parts while ensuring safety standards are met.
Monitor production, adjust as needed, and perform routine TPM tasks to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished parts for quality, identify defects, and ensure products meet specifications.
