You will be responsible for providing exceptional services to VIP patients and their families at the Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital. As the main point of contact, you will ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for VIP patients by coordinating with various hospital departments. Prior to the arrival of VIP patients, you will collect information about their preferences and requirements such as food habits and allergies from previous visits. Based on this information, you will make necessary arrangements and coordinate with different hospital services to prepare for the VIP patients" arrival. Upon the arrival of VIP patients, you will introduce yourself to them and their families, familiarize them with their room, and offer assistance with luggage and non-clinical services. Throughout their stay, you will be the primary point of contact for all their needs within the hospital, including scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and ensuring personalized food and beverage services. In terms of food and beverage operations, you will work closely with the dietician to accommodate the food preferences of VIP patients while maintaining their health requirements. You will coordinate with the kitchen for timely meal deliveries, ensure food quality and temperature standards are met, and provide personalized service during meal times. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the room facilities to the highest standards in collaboration with the housekeeping and maintenance teams.
