You will be tasked with acquiring new clients through direct interactions and referrals, as well as engaging in negotiations to secure competitive prices. Additionally, conducting quality checks on various documents such as research articles, review articles, and books is part of your responsibilities. Keeping clients informed about the latest services and leading a team of customer support representatives will also be crucial aspects of your role.
