Additionally, conducting quality checks on various documents such as research articles, review articles, and books is part of your responsibilities. Keeping clients informed about the latest services and leading a team of customer support representatives will also be crucial aspects of your role. Your role will involve understanding clients" needs and effectively resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a master's degree, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of research thesis or journals. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, research and development skills will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this role.
