As a Senior Sales professional with over 10 years of experience in Business Development/Growth, you will be responsible for achieving exponential sales & revenue growth objectives across product lines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building a sustainable leadership position in markets and across product segments. - Acting as the P&L owner of a Business Unit. - Ensuring Client Satisfaction of all projects across the Business Unit and driving Client association with upselling & renewals. - Developing and executing Extramarks Success Strategy in the Unit. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow the unit as per market demand. - Enabling & Mentoring team members to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets. - Building and scaling a high-performing team for a predictable and sustainable business. - Attending, strategizing, and organizing conferences, meetings, and industry events alongside the marketing team. - Ensuring effective use of CRM tools to capture business unit activities. - Handling Hiring & Attrition processes. - Researching and analyzing various data & market trends. - Building & sustaining the Brand image of the company in the area. - Strategizing as per regional conditions & variations to achieve the revenue potential of the area and establish leadership in the market.
