As an experienced EDI-Business Analyst based in Hyderabad, your role will involve: - Possessing end-to-end business knowledge in domains such as Transport, logistics, Retail, and warehouse, specifically related to EDI X12 or EDIFACT transactions. - Demonstrating functional working knowledge of TMS / WMS / OMS and other ERP systems. - Gathering requirements effectively from stakeholders and creating map specifications (MRS). - Having a basic understanding of communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPS, API, or web services. - Troubleshooting issues efficiently and having basic knowledge of SI dashboard overview, basic SQL query, and other tracking systems. - Participating in end-to-end testing (UAT) with Business teams and customers. - Having an added advantage with knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, and project management tools like JIRA or Trello. - Experience with EDI tools such as Mercator 6.7, Data Stage TX 8.0, WTX 8.2/8.4, ITX 9.0, ITXA 10.1.0, Gentran, GIS, Sterling Integrator 5.0/6.2.0. - Working in a Support or Development role rather than support or admin roles. - Proficient in various EDI standards formats like EDIFACT, ANSI X12, SAP Idocs, and bespoke formats such as XML, Inhouse, legacy flat file, CSV, and delimited files. - Specializing in Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, Banking, or Manufacturing domains. - Utilizing EDI Protocols including FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, API, Webservices, Email, WMQ, and Axway Synchrony Gateway AS2 for data transmissions to partners. - Experience with Cloud Services like Git, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline integrations. - Proficiency in documentation tasks such as moving to Production environment, UAT sign off, etc. - Working as a direct employee or consultant with strong communication skills.
