As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for reviewing open complaints regularly to meet response time and closure SLAs. You will also play a vital role in achieving revenue generation targets, ensuring preventive maintenance adherence, and conducting regular audits on service quality. It will be your duty to maintain customer i-base hygiene and keep end user data updated in the system. Your main focus will be on driving customer engagement and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Building strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring timely maintenance will be essential in this role. You will be expected to develop and maintain Channel infrastructure according to the expansion plan. This includes conducting regular visits to Channels to ensure high engagement and alignment with organizational objectives. Providing adequate resource support to the channel to achieve committed SLAs is also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices for Channel Partners, handle the return of defective spares, and settle warranty and other claims efficiently. Key responsibilities for this position include having knowledge of products such as Room Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers, Air Purifiers, and Air Coolers. Technical expertise in service offerings and channel management, vendor & business associates/dealer management, revenue generation (AMC, spare parts), excellent communication & presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.,
