Job Summary:

Time Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily employee attendance (staff, workers, and contract labor)
  • Maintain biometric and manual attendance systems
  • Prepare and validate attendance reports for payroll processing
  • Manage shift schedules and update shift rosters
  • Maintain leave records and coordinate with department heads for approvals
  • Handle overtime calculation and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company time office policies
  • Coordinate with contract labor vendors for daily manpower planning
  • Support HR in audits and compliance documentation

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; HR / Labor Law certification is a plus
  • 25 years of experience in time office functions in a manufacturing setup
  • Working knowledge of time attendance software and payroll systems (e.g., Spine, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Good command over MS Excel and report generation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory requirements
