Time Office Executive

Job Title: Time Officer Location: Halol / Savli / Vadodara, Gujarat Department: Human Resources / Time Office Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Pharma (customizable) Experience: 1 + years preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000 20000(based on experience and industry standards) Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Time Officer to manage attendance, shift planning, and statutory compliance for our plant at Halol / Savli / Vadodara . The ideal candidate will ensure accurate timekeeping, leave management, and proper coordination with the payroll and HR teams. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily employee attendance (staff, workers, and contract labor) Maintain biometric and manual attendance systems Prepare and validate attendance reports for payroll processing Manage shift schedules and update shift rosters Maintain leave records and coordinate with department heads for approvals Handle overtime calculation and reporting Ensure compliance with labor laws and company time office policies Coordinate with contract labor vendors for daily manpower planning Support HR in audits and compliance documentation Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; HR / Labor Law certification is a plus 25 years of experience in time office functions in a manufacturing setup Working knowledge of time attendance software and payroll systems (e.g., Spine, GreytHR, or similar) Good command over MS Excel and report generation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory requirements
