Ticketing Officer / Travel Consultant

You have a good knowledge of ticketing and are familiar with tasks such as creation of PNR, issuance, re-issuance, refund, cancellation, date change, voluntary & involuntary changes. You should have hands-on experience in issuing Domestic & International tickets using CRS Amadeus / Galileo. Your role may involve working in Implants as well as Back Office. It is important to have experience in handling International itineraries, destinations, corporate fares & airline updates. Previous experience in B2B / Corporate / SOTO ticketing background is preferred. You should be comfortable working in rotational shifts. - Good communication skills are essential. - A graduate with good knowledge of ticketing or a graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certified is required. - Minimum 1+ year of experience in the travel industry is a must.
