Promote inclusive offshore team development and support nationalization initiatives What We Are Looking For Bachelors in mechanical/industrial engineering or equivalent; 8–10 years in operations and maintenance, including at least 5 years offshore in Oil & Gas and ideally 3+ years on FPSO/FPU. Pre-commissioning/project phase experience is a plus. Expertise in rotating machinery (pumps, compressors, turbines, diesel gen sets) and their integration with marine, topside, and utility systems, supported by strong knowledge of Class, Flag State, API, ISO, IMO regulations. Proficient in maintenance strategies (RCM, FMECA), condition monitoring techniques (vibration, thermography, oil analysis), CMMS systems, and performance simulation tools. OVERVIEW – Senior Reliability Engineer JLL is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team! In JLL Work Dynamics our most significant assets are our “People” and our “Clients”. In coordination and full collaboration with the Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management COE, the Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients existing systems including National Operations Center (NOC), energy management programs, maintenance programs and life-cycle asset management approach. Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes in accordance with JLL’s enhanced Reliability & Asset Management program. Acquires and analyzes data from NOC and continually improves maintenance program strategy to meet outcomes-based performance measures. Conducts ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan. Oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation. Consideration will be given to the cost limitations for equipment uptime/downtime, repair/replacement costs and weight, size, and availability of materials/equipment. Determines cost advantages of alternatives and develops action plans that comply with internal/external customer demands for reliability processes/equipment to avoid failures. Position Responsibility of ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Recognizes that assignments are broad in nature and require appreciable originality and ingenuity to complete them and considerable latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions. Asset Management Works under general direction of Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management platform for instruction in deploying client’s strategic asset management roadmap with matrix reporting back to the clients lead engineer (FM). Integrates data from BAS, automated fault detection diagnostic engines, maintenance programs, and capital planning processes to develop life-cycle analyses and recommendations for repair vs. replacement decisions. Support all efforts in the execution of site level Asset Management & Reliability programs and processes to effectively increase machine/facility system reliability and compliance. Conducts program and system/equipment audits on a periodic and as needed basis. Audits will generally be focused on safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation. Condition-based Maintenance The understanding of moving and rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, etc., from an operations and maintenance perspective, mechanically and electrically Plans and performs engineering operations, monitors operations center systems, RCM program implementation, process engineering assignments, root cause failure analysis, incorporation of condition-based maintenance (CbM and predictive testing and inspection (PT&I) technologies and conducts equipment condition assessments. Identify and manage system of continuous improvement to ensure resolution to chronic “bad actor” equipment. Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, Defect Elimination, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis. Experience w/ predictive maintenance technologies including, but not limited to, vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared Thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis. Workflow Management Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related to equipment, specifications data, BOM, failure history, etc. Develop and maintain “Key Performance Indicators" of equipment reliability. Ensure that the appropriate Maintenance and Reliability metrics are in place throughout the site, (planned/unplanned work, planning/scheduling metrics, cost metrics, MTBF, replacement asset value, etc.). Ensure equipment history is maintained and analyzed for future trends Actively collaborate with Maintenance and Planning groups Capital Asset Renewal/Capital Planning Execute multi-discipline facility condition assessments across multiple labs, manufacturing, office, and distribution locations in the Americas. Inspect and document and prioritize asset and field conditions to evaluate remaining useful life. We are hiring a Testing Engineer to support our Testing & Inspection Services, with a focus on conducting on-site diagnostics and measurements across industrial and solar facilities. The role includes executing various tests such as Thermography, Power Quality (PQ), Partial Discharge (PD), and Air/Gas Leak Detection, and then preparing detailed measurement reports either on paper or in MS Word. The engineer will also be responsible for PSS (Power System Study) data collection, working closely with senior engineers and client teams during site visits. Accuracy, report clarity, and discipline in field execution are critical. This role is ideal for Diploma or B.E. Electrical candidates with strong practical knowledge, a willingness to travel, and a knack for preparing simple, clear reports. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC BIM Modeler with 5+ years of experience to develop precise, coordinated HVAC models. Responsible for spatial coordination, clash detection, and supporting efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed and accurate HVAC BIM models using Revit and other tools. Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, Structural) for clash-free integration. Read and interpret mechanical design drawings and specifications for BIM modeling. Perform quantity take-offs, annotation, tagging, and detailing. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues. Update models based on design changes or RFIs. Job Title: Condition Monitoring Locations: PAN INDIA Experience: 3 - 5 Years (Relevant) Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode : Work From Office Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Job Description: Provide Engineer level support on Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment Condition monitoring of Rotating Equipment by using various condition monitoring techniques like vibration oil analysis thermography videoscopy etc Utilise online and offline data acquisition techniques analyse and provide necessary recommendation on maintenance needs to avoid major breakdown of the equipment Provide support in reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters Keep updated knowledge of the condition of the Rotating Equipment by monitoring tracking and analysing to identify the developing fault defect Keep Rotating Equipment condition healthy in compliance with associated standards and procedures Job Account-abilities Carry out detailed analysis of condition-based data Monitor and analyse Condition Monitoring vibration oil analysis wear particle thermography etc and able to carry out Rotating Equipment trouble shooting Root Cause Analysis for actual Potential failures Identify inherent conditions leading to Rotating Equipment failure through various operational machine condition monitoring parameters Prepare Corrective Actions recommendation on observed fault defect initial damage report to Maintenance follow up and closing Aim to prevent failure of Rotating Equipment using all possible condition monitoring data information analytical tools Monitor and track Rotating Equipment condition in terms of failures bad actors on cost and count and identify corrective Preventive actions Compliance to best maintenance practices of PdM PM LLF Lubrication Equipment change over and corrective maintenance Provide Update Review support for best condition monitoring practice documents Skills Required Knowledge and Skills Knowledge application of condition-based maintenance techniques analysis with an ability to independently troubleshoot analyse resolve equipment problems Basic knowledge of Machine Condition monitoring Balancing Alignment and troubleshooting Knowledge of Rotating Equipment maintenance techniques and types Familiarisation with various vibration standards Basic understanding of rotor dynamics mechanical design equipment function and construction Qualifications Experience Necessary Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Accredited Vibration Analysis training Cat I Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Data system like CSI, Emerson, SKF and GE System1 Smart Signal various oil analysis techniques wear particles thermography etc Desirable Formal trainings in Condition Monitoring subject’s techniques from vendors consultants reputed technical training institutes Basic knowledge related to Rotating Equipment construction function and maintenance Certification in condition monitoring techniques Experience Overall Experience of 4-6 years along with at least 2-3 years of Condition Monitoring in a Power Refinery Petrochemical Industry Skills Mandatory Skills : O&G Downstream Upstream Midstream,AR_VR_MR
