Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Thermal Fabrication Specialist to join our growing team in Palghar. In this role, you will be responsible for both the design and fabrication of advanced heat transfer equipment, working across various stages including welding, brazing, pressure testing, painting, machining, quality control, and general project management.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of thermal equipment manufacturing, from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the complete thermal and structural design of heat exchangers and related thermal equipment.
• Oversee and participate in fabrication processes including assembly, bending, welding/brazing, machining, pressure testing, and painting.
• Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC standards, documentation, and client specifications.
• Utilize CAD and technical drawings for precise execution.
• Apply knowledge of WPS, PQR, NDT Level II standards (including PT, UT, RT) and related certification procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal equipment fabrication or heat exchanger manufacturing.
• NDT Level II Certifications in weld visual, pressure vessels & piping welds, penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, and radiography.
• Strong understanding of welding/brazing processes, heat exchanger design, and pressure testing protocols.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and CAD symbols.
• Solid project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
