This is not a remote work role.The role will involve travel to Warehouse (Bhiwandi) and/or Andheri on any given day.

The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives.This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.One of TWTs values is that consumers are family.At TWT we go above and beyond to delight our consumers, and this results in complex operations in turn resulting in a complex planning environment.At TWT, we run projects that span across functionswhether its a new product launch, campaign, or infrastructure scale-up.These projects are internally referred to as networks, and are often complex, time-sensitive, and mission-critical.The Network Planner will own the creation, tracking, and successful execution of these networks.
This Means
- Mapping every function's responsibilities into clear, sequenced activities.
- Identifying interdependencies and potential bottlenecks.
- Continuously tracking the health of networks and proactively resolving delays by collaborating with owners.
- Playing the role of a project guardianbringing structure, pace, and accountability.
This role is at the intersection of planning, operations, and program management.
It is ideal for someone who loves solving puzzles, thrives on coordination, and can bring clarity to Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project networks in Excel or MS Projects.
- Build and maintain Gantt charts, timelines, and Critical Path Analyses (CPA).
- Track dependencies, float/slack, and flag bottlenecks early.
- Lead status reviews, stakeholder communication, and change tracking.
- Conduct delay impact analyses and develop recovery plans.
- Monitor risks and work cross-functionally to mitigate Were Looking For:
- Highly disciplined and detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting patterns.
- Comfortable working across teams and levelspeople find it easy to work with you.
- Proactive, structured thinker who enjoys creating order from & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Projects is a plus.
- Project planning, tracking, and delay management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Bonus: MBA in Supply Chain Management.
