- This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.

- At TWT we go above and beyond to delight our consumers, and this results in complex operations in turn resulting in a complex planning environment.
- Responsible for leading demand planning process for TWT; Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
- Review historical sales trends, demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Interact with sales, category, accounts teams to understand demand forecast drivers for S&OP.
- Lead & strengthen the S&Op process for the Organisation.
- Follow a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for S&OP.
- Closely coordinate and communicate inputs/action plans with supply planning.
- Apply error analysis / CPFR techniques to improve Analytical; Detail oriented person with the ability to spot patterns.
- Collaborative in nature; should be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Skills And Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
- Strong in excel & analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills & ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and Data presentation MBA in SCM; 3-4 years experience in Demand/Supply planning.
