Your responsibilities also include breaking down work into epics, features, and stories, defining acceptance criteria, and providing subject matter expertise in specific domains. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 9 years of industry experience, with a focus on Telecom Domain and Technical Business Analysis. Proficiency in SDLC, experience with OSS/BSS, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence are essential. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, process mapping, data analytics, and agile practices are key requirements. Additionally, your ability to solve problems, facilitate workshops, and demonstrate commercial acumen will be crucial for success. Furthermore, experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), AWS Cloud technologies, microservices, integration layer development, billing systems, and Salesforce will be advantageous. Exposure to DevOps practices and AWS certifications are desirable skills for this role.
