We are currently hiring for a client seeking a dedicated TGT Sanskrit | Hindi Teacher to join their academic team. Role Responsibilities Develop engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Teach Sanskrit and Hindi language skills to students in grades 6-10. Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback for improvement. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that respects cultural diversity. Integrate technology and effective teaching tools into language instruction. Encourage critical thinking and communication skills among students. Plan extracurricular activities related to language and culture. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects. Attend professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Participate in school committees and community events. Stay updated with educational trends and changes in curriculum standards. Develop supplementary materials to enhance the learning experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Sanskrit, Hindi, or a related field. Valid teaching certification for the relevant subjects. Proven experience as a language teacher, preferably in a school setting. Strong understanding of pedagogy and child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Knowledge of different teaching methodologies and strategies. Familiarity with assessment tools and educational software. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changes in education. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success. Experience in creating educational resources is a plus. Participation in cultural programs or activities is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff. Fluency in English and knowledge of regional languages is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess student needs and competencies.
