Role Overview
The Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) will be responsible for delivering high-quality
education to students at the secondary level. The role involves planning and implementing
lesson plans, conducting assessments, guiding students in academic and co-curricular
activities, and contributing to overall school development. The ideal candidate should be
passionate about teaching, adaptable, and committed to student growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Teaching & Lesson Planning
Prepare and deliver lessons as per the curriculum guidelines.
Create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Incorporate modern teaching methods and technology in classroom activities.
2. Assessment & Evaluation
Design and administer tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate student learning.
Provide timely feedback and remedial support where required.
Maintain academic records and student progress reports.
3. Student Development
Mentor and guide students in academic, personal, and social development.
Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized support.
Encourage participation in extra-curricular activities and competitions.
4. Classroom Management
Maintain discipline, attendance, and a positive learning environment.
Handle classroom behaviour and ensure a supportive atmosphere.
Collaborate with parents and teachers to address student concerns.
5. Co-curricular & School Activities
Participate in organizing school events, workshops, and educational trips.
Support in sports, arts, and other activities to promote holistic development.
Contribute to school improvement initiatives and programs.

Teaching Effectiveness
Lesson plan completion rate and adherence to the curriculum.
Student feedback and participation levels.
Improvement in student academic performance.
Assessment & Monitoring
Accuracy and timeliness in grading and feedback.
Percentage of students showing academic improvement.
Student Engagement
Number of co-curricular activities conducted.
Student attendance and discipline records.
Collaboration & Communication
Frequency and quality of communication with parents.
Teacher participation in faculty meetings and development sessions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed (compulsory for TGT).
Relevant teaching experience of 1–3 years in schools.
Sound knowledge of the subject being taught.
Familiarity with educational tools and technology.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
