Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver daily English lessons as per CBSE curriculum. Teach grammar, literature, creative writing, and comprehension to students from Class VI to X. Prepare and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments. Evaluate and grade students’ classwork, assignments, and exams. Maintain discipline, attendance records, and a positive classroom environment. Support students’ language enrichment through co-curricular activities like debates, elocution, dramatics, and literary clubs. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events. Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices and contribute to school initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
