Oversee students’ daily routines including wake-up, meals, study hours, recreation, and bedtime. Monitor the hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of hostel premises, rooms, and common areas. Maintain records of hostel attendance, leave, medical issues, and visitors. Address grievances and issues of hostel students promptly and empathetically. Coordinate with school administration, security staff, housekeeping, and medical staff regarding hostel matters. Conduct periodic inspections of hostel facilities and report repairs or replacements needed. Organize orientation sessions and counseling for new hostel entrants. Prepare and submit periodic reports on hostel activities and student conduct. Ensure safety protocols, fire drills, and emergency procedures are followed. Act as the first point of contact for any emergencies during non-school hours. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in residential school hostels).
