Job Title: Software Testing Trainer (Manual & Automation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Testing Trainer with 0–2 years of experience to deliver engaging training sessions on Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing concepts, good practical knowledge of tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Manual Testing and Automation Testing (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, etc.).

• Design and deliver customized training content, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

• Provide practical demonstrations and real-time examples to simplify complex concepts.

• Prepare training schedules, materials, and assessments.

• Assess trainee performance, give feedback, and support learning improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and help students with project guidance when required.

• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual and group learning styles.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong foundation in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of:

• Manual Testing techniques, test case writing, bug tracking, etc.

• Automation Testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, etc.

• Basic scripting/programming knowledge in Java or Python (preferred).

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Qualifications:

• BE or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Certification in software testing (ISTQB or similar) is a plus.

• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or tutoring is an added advantage (even if informal or academic).
