Job Description

Job Title: Testing & Maintenance Engineer (TME)

Location:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in communication principles, analog and digital circuits, and related knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years experience in electronic product production testing and abnormal analysis.
Familiarity with production test processes; experience with mobile phone test tool development or test-maintenance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct testing and maintenance of electronic products, ensuring quality and reliability.
Analyze and troubleshoot anomalies in electronic circuits and systems.
Develop and implement testing procedures for new models and oversee project management tasks.
Utilize measurement instruments such as 8820C, CMW100, CMW500, power supplies, CRO, multimeters, Rigol GPS generators, and NI power meters.
Implement automation testing, including PLC and pneumatic systems.
Apply methodologies like PDCA, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, 7 QC tools, SMED, NPI & NPD, DOE, 4M, OEE, Process Capability Analysis, DMAIC, TPM, 7S, and Six Sigma tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lean manufacturing and quality assurance.

Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and equipment functions.
Hands-on experience with sensors and measurement instruments.
Expertise in automation testing, including PLC and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in problem-solving, planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
