Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Mechanical Maintenance Location:Sriperumbudur Department: Maintenance Mechanical Industry- Manufacturing Reporting To: Area Head Maintenance Experience Required: 36 years ???? Position Summary As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager in Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and optimal performance of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant. Your role will involve planning, executing, and overseeing maintenance activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. ???? Key Responsibilities Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and implement maintenance plans, create work orders, and assign tasks to the maintenance team (electricians and fitters). Resource Management: Coordinate with the stores team for material requisitions and ensure timely availability of required materials and services. Shutdown & Turnaround Management: Oversee shutdown and turnaround activities, prepare progress reports, and ensure safe and timely execution. Performance Monitoring: Prepare daily observation reports, monthly KPI reports, and support the maintenance lead in managing maintenance masters. Tool & Spare Management: Ensure proper maintenance of tools and optimal consumption of spares and consumables without impacting equipment performance. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. ???? Qualifications Essential: Full-time Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute. Desirable: Additional certifications or training in advanced maintenance practices. ???? Desired Experience Essential: 36 years of experience in mechanical maintenance activities within the manufacturing sector. Desirable: Experience in similar industries, particularly in aluminum or zinc die-casting alloys, would be an advantage. ????
