Test Manager - Life science

Role: Test Manager (Automation) - Life science. Experience: 12 years, 4 years (Manager) Work Mode: REMOTE Industry: Life Science JD: Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end testing efforts across multiple projects in regulated life sciences environments. · Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GAMP 5, etc.). · Oversee Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities. · Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other applicable regulatory standards. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, RA, IT, and business stakeholders. · Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of issues · We need someone who can guide on Selenium and Playwright Frameworks, Design frameworks for the organization, and API Automation, and be up to date with the latest Tech in the Market will be Plus · How to make use of the AI Testing process- Preferred · Mentor and guide QA/test engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. · Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and validation documentation for audits and inspections. · Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field. · 8+ years of experience in software/system testing, with at least 4 years in a regulated life sciences environment. · Proven experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols. · Strong understanding of GxP, CSV (Computer System Validation), and 21 CFR Part 11. · Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TestRail). · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Preferred Qualifications: · ISTQB or equivalent certification. · Experience with automation tools and scripting is a plus. · Familiarity with cloud-based systems and SaaS validation.
