*Role Summary:** Oversee end-to-end QA reporting, Trust Score dashboards, and quality improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Aggregate data from platform (Cyara/Cekura) and QA logs. - Generate monthly and quarterly “Trust Score” reports. - Visualize adherence metrics (Instruction Following, Latency, CSAT, Empathy). - Conduct root-cause analysis and improvement plans. - Present quality findings to client stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Strong background in QA analytics, Excel/Power BI/Tableau. - Familiarity with Cyara data exports or APIs. - Experience building metric-driven QA dashboards. **Preferred:** - BFSI or customer experience domain exposure. - Basic understanding of NLP/LLM metric aggregation.
