Test Lead – Pharma Commercial Data

As the Test Lead / QA Manager focused on commercial drug launches, you will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of data pipelines supporting global pharma product launches. You’ll lead the validation of MDM integrations (Reltio/Veeva Network), CRM (Veeva CRM), and downstream analytics platforms (Snowflake/Redshift), collaborating closely with data engineering and commercial operations teams.

Your role ensures that from day one of launch, commercial data architecture is tested, trusted, and audit-ready.

Your tasks

• Leading end-to-end testing and validation of commercial data pipelines supporting global drug launches
• Designing and executing comprehensive test plans across MDM (Reltio/Veeva Network), CRM (Veeva CRM), and analytics platforms (Snowflake/Redshift)
• Ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance from source to downstream reporting
• Collaborating with Data Engineering, MDM, and Commercial Operations teams to define acceptance criteria and readiness standards
• Monitoring data pipeline health metrics and proactively escalating issues
• Documenting test outcomes, dashboards, and go-live readiness reports for audit compliance
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and data quality processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in QA/test engineering within pharma commercial or medical data domains
• Experience in MDM (Reltio/Veeva Network) and CRM (Veeva CRM) testing
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and ETL testing
• Understanding of data warehouse platforms (Snowflake/Redshift)
• Familiarity with data quality, lineage, and integration best practices
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python-based test automation for data validation
• Exposure to Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Experience supporting global drug launches or commercial pharma data platforms
