Test engineer

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Perform manual and automation testing for web applications.

• 
  Design and execute test cases based on business requirements.

• 
  Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through the entire lifecycle.

• 
  Conduct functional and non-functional testing to ensure optimal performance.

• 
  Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve overall product quality.

• 
  Utilize tools like Postman and Robot Framework for testing and automation.

• 
  Participate in reviews, regression testing, and release validation.

Mandatory Skills

• 
  Strong experience in manual testing.

• 
  Proficiency in identifying test cases and finding bugs effectively.

• 
  Hands-on experience with functional and non-functional testing.

• 
  Good understanding of the bug lifecycle and defect management process.

• 
  Experience in web application testing.

• 
  Basic understanding of automation testing concepts.

• 
  Familiarity with tools like Postman and Robot Framework.

Nice to Have

• 
  Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing concepts.

• 
  Database knowledge and experience writing SQL queries.

• 
  Exposure to Java or Python for automation scripting.
