Job Description

Industry & Sector:

Enterprise IT services and software quality engineering supporting large-scale digital transformation programs across banking, insurance, fintech and retail. We deliver end-to-end test automation, data provisioning and secure test-data solutions for complex enterprise landscapes.

Role:

Test Data Management (TDM) Developer — On-site, India. We are hiring an experienced TDM specialist to design, implement and operate scalable test-data pipelines that enable faster, compliant testing for cross-functional engineering teams.Role & Responsibilities

Design and implement test-data provisioning solutions using TDM tools and platforms to support functional, integration and performance test cycles.
Create and maintain data masking, subsetting and synthetic data generation processes to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Integrate TDM workflows with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks to enable on-demand test environments and repeatable test runs.
Develop SQL scripts, data transformation routines and automation scripts for data extraction, reshaping and refresh across source systems and target environments.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps and application teams to profile data requirements, optimize dataset sizes and reduce environment provisioning time.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, maintain documentation and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
