Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for executing
Driver trainings
, back-to-back trials and complaint resolution
Proficient in
Customer Handling, Dealership, Warranty Management,

Product Campaigns
, Report Preparation, Training, Safety Protocols and Compliance
Manage and supervise
service operations
within the Area office, ensuring compliance with quality standards and service level agreements
Should have good knowledge in Product Performance reports Capture and share field failures and coordinate for Joint inspection in the identification of root cause and corrective action

Preferred candidate profile:

Engineering with 4+ Years (or) Diploma with 6+ Years of Experience
in Aftermarket Service, Preferably from Auto OEM
(only from Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicle)
