Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the after-sales service operations for plastic processing and packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, team leadership skills, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee installation, commissioning, and servicing of machinery at client sites
Lead and guide the service team to ensure timely and efficient support
Handle escalated technical issues and provide hands-on troubleshooting when required
Coordinate with sales and production teams for seamless client support
Maintain service records, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics
Train service engineers and ensure skill upgrades across the team
Build strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all service activities

Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)
Experience:
10-12 years in service and maintenance of plastic/packaging machinery
Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of VFFS / HFFS / plastic processing machines
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving and client-handling capabilities
Experience in managing field service teams and technical operations.
