About the Job:

Our client, a reputed company engaged in manufacturing, distributing, and branding of edible oils & specialty fats in India, and a subsidiary of one of the worlds largest vegetable oil companies, has recently ventured into the spices segment, and is currently hiring for multiple Sales positions across various locations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states, in its spices division.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing assigned distributors
(ideally wholesale distributors/ key area distributors), which includes:

Achieving daily secondary targets (both outlet count and value)
Submitting weekly stock reports in SFA
Managing primary sales
Processing secondary claims

Managing a team of TSI/ISR
, ensuring their performance in:

Primary sales
Secondary sales
Outlet coverage
Secondary claims management

Responsible for direct outlet business, including:

Managing orders and supplies from the company warehouse/ C&F
Ensuring timely payment collection
Adding new outlets on a monthly basis

Distributor appointment in specified areas
, including territories assigned to TSI/ISR
Ensuring secondary orders
(both individual and team targets) are serviced on time by the respective distributors
Tracking competitor activities
(pricing and schemes)
Executing BTL (Below the Line) activities effectively
